Before becoming the Founder and CEO of Gallery Homes Real Estate, Kate received the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club "Award of Achievement" for many years. President’s Sales Club recipients are among an elite group within the real estate profession. Despite the challenges of the marketplace, Kate consistently achieved a level of accomplishment that only 10 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals attain as a member of the President's Sales Club.
 

In 2015, Kate took extensive courses to sit for the Ohio Broker's Exam. She is a licensed Broker Realtor who works exclusively in residential sales. Kate created and launched Gallery Homes Real Estate in November of 2019, just months before the world-wide pandemic. She helped her team pivot and thrive through 2020; grew to a team of 7 in 2021; then to a team of 10 in 2022. In August 2022, Gallery Homes Real Estate became the #2 Office in Total Volume sales for Clark County, Ohio.

Kayleigh was born and raised in Clark County, where she developed a strong connection to her

community. After spending much of her early life in Clark County, she made the move to

Cleveland, where she began building her career in property management. With 3.5 years of

experience in the field, Kayleigh honed her skills in overseeing property operations, managing

tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within the properties she

managed.

After three years in Cleveland, Kayleigh returned to Springfield where she currently serves as

the Office Manager at Gallery Homes Real Estate. In this role, she applies her expertise in

management and her deep understanding of the local market to support the operations and

growth of the company.

Throughout her career, Kayleigh has built a reputation for being organized, detail-oriented, and

customer-focused, qualities that have contributed to her success in both property management

and her current role. With a passion for real estate and community, she continues to make a

positive impact on the industry and the people she works with.
